We usually reply within 2 business days.
To help us help you faster, include your iOS version, the app version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so they are managed in iOS Settings, not in the app:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Muscle Club to change plan or cancel.
Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple account you bought with.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices and your subscription isn't showing, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple account you purchased with, then tap Restore purchases on the paywall screen. If you have an offer code, you can redeem it there too.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app — open Account from the Workout tab and choose Delete account. See the account deletion page for full details.
Common questions
Do I need training experience?
No. The program is shaped by the training history you give during onboarding, and every exercise has a technique video and written instructions. Start lighter than you think you need, learn the movement, then add weight.
What equipment do I need?
The program is built for a gym — barbells, dumbbells and machines. During onboarding you tell the app what equipment you have access to, and that shapes the workouts you're given.
What if I miss a training day?
Just pick the program back up on your next gym day. Rest days don't break your streak — the streak tracks that you keep showing up across the week, not that you train every single day.
How does the leaderboard work, and what can others see?
The leaderboard ranks members by workouts logged and current streak. Other members can see your display name (from your Apple or Google account), your workout count and your streak — nothing else. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Are the calorie numbers exact?
No — they are estimates derived from your training volume, meant for a rough sense of the session, not for medical or nutrition decisions.
Where is my data stored?
In an encrypted database hosted by Supabase, readable only by your own authenticated account. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
